SPOTLIGHT ON APPALACHIAN OHIO

Spotlight on Appalachian Ohio, the 9th Annual Travel Show will be held in Steubenville, Ohio at the Fort Steuben Mall on March 28 & 29, 2008.

‘Spotlight’ focuses on the artisans and crafters of Appalachian Ohio and neighboring states.  It will be a two-day show open to travelers, tour operators, senior centers, travel writers, and students.  It is an excellent and affordable opportunity to promote your area, event or attraction.  Entertainers, artists, crafters and first person re-enactors are encouraged to attend.  For more information, please contact Amy Rutledge, Show Chairperson, toll free at 1-877-727-0103.

The Appalachian Driving Tours map was produced by the National Geographic Society in partnership with the Appalachian Regional Commission. The map was released as an insert nationwide in the April issue of National Geographic Traveler magazine and a new section on the website www.visitappalachia.com.
